CFPI uses the most modern and
up to date computer technology for putting on your
sporting event. From the most popular data management programs (MeetPro and Hy-Tek) to computer
digitized timing equipment (FINISHLYNX system), IPICO Trasponder
timing, Ulta-Sonic automatic
wind gauges, LaserLynx and FieldLynx laptop computers for field
events, and infield scoreboards that display time, lane and place. CFPI can make it happen for
your event. Results and data management are made simple with CFPIs expert staff of
trained personnel that know how to handle the technology and are willing to work
with you and your event. Scoreboard and Television interface can be achieved with ResulTV.
What

Services
Provided: We can provide all
of the computers, printers, and software that is staffed by
experienced personnel that knows how to operate and run the
equipment. We provide instant integration of full automatic
timing and meet management software programs using FinishLynx and
Hy-Tek, the leaders in the sports timing field. We also can
provide a link to multi-displays (remote sites, stadium displays,
on-field displays, TV or video displays) of all results at your
facility. We can also provide remote internal facility
monitoring site so that results can be available to the media and
delegations. No longer a need to make copies for every
one. The ability to integrate remote wind gage with the
timing systems for instant readings. We also provide
internet services for your event from results to full services for
your event. After event or meet management receives a web
ready file of results for posting to the host's internet site.
FinishLynx Timing
Services:
With our systems of
camera we can provide you the options of camera position based on
your wishes and your budget. Depending on your budget and
requirements of the meet multi finish lines or independent systems
can be covered. If requested simultaneous running on each
straight-a-ways. Timing accuracy to 10,000 of a second to
break ties.
Transponder (Chip) timing:
RFID timing using IPICO Sportag™ and IPICO Dual
Frequency Antennas, Split locations at locations throughout the
course. Data from these locations can be displayed live through
various methods, Live updates possivle online with current
standings, split information and team scores.
Integrated with Lynx camera and IdentiLynx camera
for verification of identity by hip or bib number and uniform,
Television, scoreboard, and pace clocks interface with running time,
Stats, including split times and team scores, for videoboards and
television production.
Service:
We have 9 sets and fully
trained personnel to run them. The competition ReacTime™
system detects false starts (as defined by IAAF rule 162.10 and
USATF rule 60.18) – to an accuracy of 1/1000th of a
second – and instantly signals this information to the starter.
Unlike some simpler systems, ReacTime™ has no
"contact pads", and it cannot be tricked. The system can show
the traces for the entire field of athletes, and can also
display the trace for an individual athlete. More

FieldLynx Service, LaserLynx, field Event Displays, Countdown clocks
and Wind Gauges:
We have multi FieldLynx small hand held computers
that are used to enter field results. This system can
provide a paperless and automatic system to score and advance
participants in all field events. These computers will allow
automatic uploads of meet performances to Hy-Tek meet manager from
the infield. These computers will do metric - imperial
conversions instantly. Wind Gauges that meet the IAAF
regulations. Automatic interface with Finishlynx for running
events and stand alone for jumping events.
Results Management
Services/ online entry site:
We use the latest
version of MeetPro and Hy-Tek meet manager that fully integrates with
FinishLynx for complete and automatic results processing.
We have partnered with Direct Athletics for online services. The meet management software provides automatic set up of all
heats and flights using predetermined seeding formulas of all
governing bodies (HS, NCAA, USATF, IAAF) and prints out all heat
and flight sheets for judges to using in officiating the
events. The software has functions that will do team
scoring, forming heats and flights, and advancement from round to
round. No manual computation are needed so no human error
can occur. Complete results are ready quickly and neatly
after each event and in a full summary in several formats after
the meet. The software can provide files for instant uploads
to the internet for web site posting.
Displays/
Scoreboards:
Use of Video boards, Daktronics, Microgate and Alge displays for running time and results
displays with additional displays as requested. Display can
show running time, automatic split times and winning time. Clock
and camera set up We can
provide TV on screen running time, split times, and fully
automatic winning time. Can also provide FinishLynx timing
picture to television for display. Results are available
instantly for output and interface with television or close circuit
graphics. We can provide instantaneous results either
electronic or by paper via installed network to location of the
host choice.
