MEET INFORMATION:

 AWARDS
The awards ceremony will take place during the post-race meal at approximately 12-12:30pm.
 
 CHAMPIONSHIPS COMMITTEE
The Championships Committee is composed of the chairs of the men's (Curtis Frye, University of South Carolina) and women's (Tom Jones, University of Florida) coaches committee, as well as Alabama women's head coach Sandy
Fowler and Alabama men's head coach Harvey Glance.

 COACHES DINNER
Dinner will be served at 7:00pm at the Sheraton Ballroom on Sunday, October 29th.  Please return the enclosed reservation form no later than Friday, October 20th.  Please fax it to (205) 348-7248.

 COACHES MEETING
The coaches meeting is required for all coaches.  It will begin following the dinner, at approximately 7:45pm in the Sheraton Ballroom.  At this meeting, team packets and updated coaches information will be distributed and final declarations will be made.

 COURSE
 Harry Pritchett Golf Course is located approximately 4 miles from the University of Alabama campus.  The course will be available for inspection by all schools on Sunday, October 29th, from 3-6pm.  Each institution will have access to one golf cart for use during the meet.  It will be marked with the Head Coaches names and their respective school.

 * Please do not use the Clubhouse bathrooms.  There are temporary restrooms available for your use.

 DECLARATIONS
Declarations will be made during the coaches meeting on Sunday, October 29th.

 ENTRIES
All entry forms are due no later than Friday, October 20th at 4pm (CST). Please fax all entries to Jana Morrison at (205) 348-7248.

 HOTELS
There is not a host hotel for this meet.  However, we recommend staying at the Sheraton Four Points or Hampton Inn.  Each institution should call the hotel directly to make your team's room arrangements.

 PARKING
Team parking will be adjacent to the Club House located just inside the entrance to Harry Pritchett Golf Course.  To expedite parking, please make sure your parking pass is visible upon entry to the golf course.  Busses will park inside along the edge of the parking lot.  Parking attendants will be present to assist your drivers. 


 POST-RACE MEAL
A meal for all athletes and coaches will be provided at Harry Pritchett Golf Course at the conclusion of the men's race (approximately 11:45am). The awards ceremony will begin during the meal.

 QUICK SCORES
Quick score cards are to be completed and turned in to the table designated Quick Score located near the Start-Finish line.

 RACE SCHEDULE
 Women's 6,000 Meter Race at 9:30am
 Men's 8,000 Meter Race at 10:45am

 RESULTS
Race results will be posted on boards at the awards tent.  Coaches will be given two copies each.  SID contacts in attendance also will be given a copy.  Additionally, the Alabama Media Relations staff will post all
 results on fax-on-demand (SEC code 732, both men's and women's results 1293) and on the Alabama website (www.rolltide.com or www.cfpitiming.com ).  The awards ceremony will take place after the conclusion of the men's race.
