Your event dictates what our fees are. If the event is a high participation and multi-day event then we charge by the day and participant. If it is a one-day event then we charge by the time at the event. Our main fees  are expenses to, during, and from the meet with fees for the service.  We will place a competitive bid and be willing to work out most financial agreements.
